PT 3100D - Applications with the highest demands for reproducibility and scaling up can be efficiently performed with this device. The fully digitized control and regulation system is very easy to operate. The illuminated LCD display shows all the parameters, which can be changed with the membrane keypad.
Smallest sizes of particles/droplets, Efficient sample preparation, Standard or custom-made aggregates, Cleaning and disassembly, Quick coupling of the aggregates are few best part of the system features.
POLYTRON PT-C, Batch High Shear homogenizer is most suitable for the pharmaceutical sterile processing when batch dispersion is necessary. The system shall be integrated with wide variety of vessel and the process including CIP and SIP shall be automated.
PT-C shall be offered for the batch size upto 50L for efficient particle/droplet size reduction. Special geometry generators available for specific target application.

Available in 1L, 2L, 3L and custom size as well. Built in controller enables ease of operation and additional special accessories and instrumentation shall be custom designed.
MICROTRON MB-SV, Bottom mounted space saving Dispersing and Homogenizing system for sterile applications in Pharmaceutical process. Configured with complete vessel setup or available as ready to be integrated based on application and process needs.
Ideal for CIP/SIP applications and for the process from small to large volume through ideal positioning in process vessel.

The newly developed MEGATRON® MT-SHS Pilot Plant unit is able to produce rotor tip speeds of 65m/s and shear rate of 300 000 s-1. This novelty provides six times the shear rate than the ones of our standard product range. Due to the very high energy input it is possible to achieve particle or droplet sizes that go well into the nano range, results vary based on the component system being processed.
Newly developed concept in rotor/stator technology provides the smallest possible particle sizes with the highest efficiency, Rotor tip speeds up to 65m/s possible, Shear rates up to 300 000 s-1 possible, High specific energy input resulting in nano sized particles or droplets (product dependent), Different rotor/stator geometries are available, Scale-up is in preparation up to productions machines.
