Nexera UC Supercritical Fluid Extraction/Chromatograph System

The Nexera UC SFE-SFC-MS platform unifies quick and easy on-line sample preparation with state-of-the-art chromatographic analysis and high sensitivity detection. The system uses a supercritical fluid to extract components (SFE) from the sample and then directly analyzes them online by supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC). The system enables a wide range of applications from isomers and chiral substances in food or natural products, analysis of biomarkers from dried blood spots and analysis of polymer additives in plastics and packaging. The SFC-MS system offers high speed and high separation using a super critical fluid. A low-volume SFC-30A back pressure regulator allows injecting the entire volume eluted from the column directly into the mass spectrometer. The Chiral screening system based on Nexera UC platform helps in determining separation parameters by automatically changing modifier parameters for upto 12 columns. The Nexera UC SFE-SFC-MS is an excellent choice for pesticide residue analysis, cleaning validation in pharmaceutical manufacturing etc.
