SpectraMax Plus 190 Microplate Reader

The SpectraMax 190 Microplate Reader features a multichannel design for 96-well microplates and uses separate sample and reference beams for each sample – just like a dual beam spectrophotometer- to eliminate error due to variations in optical fiber light output. The patented multichannel optical design measures each sample in the plate directly,reads up to 6 wavelengths in endpoint or kinetic mode for 96-well plates and performs spectra scans to determine wavelength peaks. Comprehensive validation package for the system include : SpectraTest® ABS1, FL1 and LM1 Validation Plates for hardware validation of absorbance, SoftMax Pro Software validation package, Software tools for FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
